I want to be upfront about how AI does - and doesn't - touch your work.
What I never do
I never outsource your bookkeeping, tax preparation, or financial work to AI. Every return, reconciliation, and report you receive is prepared and personally reviewed by me before it goes out.
I never upload your private financial information - bank statements, tax documents, Social Security numbers, or other personal data - into an AI tool. Your records stay in secure, professional accounting software, not in a chatbot.
Where I do use AI
I use AI to help draft marketing content, like the words on this website, and routine business communication.
The online accounting software I use has built some limited AI features directly into the platform - for example, auto-categorizing expenses from a receipt photo, drafting a first-pass invoice from your notes, and flagging overdue invoices for follow-up. These are time-saving conveniences, not decision-makers, and I review the results before anything is finalized on your books.
Bottom line
AI helps me work more efficiently behind the scenes. It never replaces the judgment and personal review that goes into your finances. If it touches your books or your taxes, I looked at it first - every time.
